Can I accept my employer's ICHRA and still collect the Advanced Premium Tax Credit (APTC)?

No, you cannot accept both the APTC and money from your employer through an ICHRA. 

If your ICHRA is not affordable as defined by the IRS, you can decline your company's ICHRA and claim APTCs by enrolling in a plan at Healthcare.gov.

If your employer's plan meets IRS affordability requirements (and in nearly all cases, it is), you will not be eligible for APTCs even if you opt out of the company's ICHRA plan.
