Where do I refer my employees for questions on claims or other customer support items?

Our in-house licensed insurance agents will liaise with the employee and contact the insurance carrier on their behalf. HRASimple's technology partner Venteur Insurance Services LLC, acts as an agent to each employee who participates in your ICHRA plan.  

Please note: Since the health insurance policy is owned by the individual employee and not the company, employers cannot see claims data or discuss the policy with the health insurer.
