When will I receive my 1095-B Form?
You will receive the form by e-mail no later than February 29, 2024.
How will I receive my 1095-B Form?
By e-mail or mail. HRASimple uses Track1099 & W-2 to e-file your 1095-B. You will receive a secure email from Track1099 & W-2 that includes a link to retrieve your 1095-B. You will need to access the last four digits of your social security number in order to access the document. If you do not have an e-mail on file, we will mail a copy to your home address.
Upon request, we can also upload a copy to your HRASimple Document Center. Please e-mail us at HRASupport@hrasimple.com to request a copy.
What does the 1095-B Look Like?
The form lists the months you and your dependents received coverage through your HRASimple Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement. Pease see an example copy below.
What do I need to do with my 1095-B Form?
Keep it for your records. You do need not to enter it in your taxes or submit it with your tax filing.

Email HRAsupport@hrasimple.com by March 15, 2024. We’ll re-send your form within 3 to 5 business days.
