How do I add an admin to my account?

If you are a current admin, you can add another admin to your HRASimple ICHRA Platform by following these steps:

  1. Log into your HRASimple ICHRA Platform and click on "Settings" on the left ribbon.

  2. Click "Admins" on the top ribbon.

  3. Click "Add Admin"

  4. Enter the information on menu. Make sure "Invite User" is selected. Click "Add"

  5. Once you click 'Add', the individual will receive an email from the HRASimple system, inviting them to join the platform as an admin.
